This comes to you from Heather Anderson who has a wide range of experience both professional and socially in supporting people who have challenges in their lives. Along with her husband, she works with the Truth for Today team to answers life’s questions, both practical and spiritual.  This can be through distance courses, seminars,  demonstrations, weekend meetings, classes, booklets and websites.

Outside of her work Heather enjoys being in touch with her grown-up family, vegetable gardening, preparing colourful plant based meals from what she grows, playing with her two rescue cats.  You will usually find her planning something stimulating and different while she is doing the washing up!

Heather is someone who has as her maxim for living –
